4. Counter-Notice

If you receive a DMCA Notice, you may submit a counter-notice to us. To be effective, a counter-notice must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the alleged infringer.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and where it was located on the Website.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United
  • States, for the judicial district in which the Website is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA Notice.
  • A statement that the information in the counter-notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the alleged infringer.

5. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Changes to This DMCA Policy

We may change this DMCA Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes to this DMCA Policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.
